You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallet withdrawals. Maximum withdrawal limits apply as follows: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers; Rp 20,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified identification documents.
